- Various domestic and wild animal sightings (cats, whales, dolphins, ostriches, otters)
- So many great places to force my family to walk arround (Carlsbad Flower Fields, Universal Studios, Hollywood Hills, Hermosa Beach, Solvang, Pismo Beach, Pinnacles National Park, Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey, Marin Headlands)
Low-lights:
- Various traffic jams
- Found out they are tearing down the 90210 beach house this summer
- So old and slow
